Welcome to the Cascadia Metro Vancouver, BC Branch!

Vancouver, British Columbia Branch
Established in Spring 2001, the Vancouver Branch of the Cascadia Chapter gives current and future members a place to network and learn about green building in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Greater Vancouver Area
Home to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic athletes, the South East False (SEFC) Creek Olympic Village, pictured left, is a model sustainable community. All buildings will meet LEED® Gold certification, with a goal of LEED® Platinum for at least one of the buildings. Home to a net-zero energy-use apartment building, and a Neighbourhood Energy Utility (NEU), this development is a showcase of Vancouver’s sustainable design expertise.
