This Month's Topic: Irish Spring: Sustainability in the UK & Europe
Ireland is currently in a tough place on the edge of Europe staring into an economic black hole. Yet its a beautiful Irish spring and no one is dying of starvation: life goes on. There is hope and the opportunity to re-assess what life might and could be about. DWEcoCo have been involved in several projects starteing after the Irish banking system failed which suggests what many of us have known or intuited about a green future... that it offers a better direction. Jay will describe these projects and some recent buildings which show Ireland has been working toward a greener future for some time with some success.
