Cascadia Refund Policy

Event Refund Policy

Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is made on or prior to the event's early registration deadline. Please note: a 10% administrative fee will be taken out of the refund.

Cancellations made after the early registration deadline are not eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the event, and the early registration deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to someone else (e.g. a colleague) for the same event (i.e. same date and location). We do not grant refunds for no-shows.

Product and Membership Refund Policy

Cascadia does not offer refunds on Membership or Products.  However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact John LaRose, john (at) cascadiagbc.org [dot] org Cascadia values your support and feedback on how to better serve our offerings.
