International Living Future Institute Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Refund Policy 

Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is made on or prior to the event's early registration deadline. Please note: a 10% administrative fee will be taken out of the refund. 
 
Cancellations made after the early registration deadline are not eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the event, and the early registration deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to someone else (e.g. a colleague) for the same event (i.e. same date and location). We do not grant refunds for no-shows.

Event Cancellation Policy 
 
Should the Institute have to cancel the workshop, attendees may choose to receive a 100% refund or to transfer their registration to another scheduled workshop. Registered attendees will be notified of the workshop cancellation by the Institute via email. 

 Transfers and Substitutions 
 
Attendees are allowed one substitution request per event registration. If you would like a colleague to replace you at the workshop, email your request to info(at)living-future.org and the substitution will be processed. Your replacement must be employed by the same company. 
 
Product, Membership and Subscription Refund Policy 
 
The International Living Future Institute (the Institute) does not offer refunds on Membership or Products.  However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact info(at)living-future.org. The Institute values your support and feedback on how to better serve our offerings.
