The key speaker will be Mr. Dave Mosby, Former Director for the State of Missouri Office of Administration Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction.  Mr. Mosby will share how the State partnered with Team Co-op to upgrade over 32 million square feet of facilities control and information management systems to gain efficiencies around the management of all buildings and to provide a significant return on investment. Benefits to the State include:
    •    Significant savings; $30 million annually in the areas of real estate, facility operations, construction and energy expenditures
    •    Real time communication through a secure global access portal
    •    Low cost energy savings program that was less than two years return on investment
    •    Integration of existing technology investments
 Key Learnings include:
1) How the integration of the right technology, processes, building information management and project performance bring sustainability throughout the lifecycle of a building.
2) Seeing a live demo of real time energy monitoring through the State’s Global Facilities-Energy portal.  The State of Missouri’s portal provides access to detailed information in the broad categories of space, utilities, operations and maintenance, energy and capital planning.
3) How to reduce energy and maintenance cost and to gain sustainable initiatives by integrating & leveraging new and existing technologies to reduce the total cost of facility asset ownership.
4) How to consolidate the management of facility information, resources and processes into a single, controlled environment.
