Green Roofs Design 101 Introductory Course - Second Edition
In this revised introductory course you will learn about the components and benefits of green roofs, how to design a project for maximum benefits, how to cost estimate for different types of projects and much more. The new course includes the most up-to-date green roof research and design practices as well as new case studies from this rapidly expanding industry.
Course instructor: Patrick Carey
With a background in architecture, Patrick has established himself and his firm, Hadj Design, as early pioneers in residential green roof design. He has completed over 50 residential and commercial green roof projects of widely varying designs and assemblies. He directs the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild's “Green Roof Project” through which he continues to research and experiment with the possibilities of green roofs.
