Why Workforce Housing Matters Henry Cisneros, Chairman of CityView, will open the series.  CityView is dedicated to building homes for America’s workforce.  Cisneros, former mayor of San  Antonio, served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for President Clinton.  His presentation will focus on the need to view housing, like economic development, as an essential component of a strong, healthy community.  Cisneros will address the growing disparity between workforce wages and housing costs.
