200 Market Building – LEED-EB Gold

Dubbed the "Black Beauty," the 200 Market Building was the first multi-tenant LEED for Existing Buildings Version 2.0 certified building in the country. 

The Lovejoy Opsis Building – LEED Gold

920 NW 17th Ave.

This 80-year-old, 20,000 square foot structure was given new life with features such as an innovative radiant slab heat and cooling system, domestic water conserving fixtures and high performance low-E glazing, enabling it to reach high levels of energy efficiency.

Glumac’s Portland Office – LEED-CI Silver

From the low VOC paint to the efficient plumbing fixtures, the recent face lift of Glumac's Portland office offers an excellent demonstration of what it takes to meet LEED for Commerical Interiors standards. 

OHSU Center for Health and Healing – LEED Platinum

3303 SW Bond St.

The Center for Health and Healing is one of the largest LEED Platinum projects in the nation and the first medical facility in the world to be built to these standards. With such features as replacing air conditioning with more efficient chilled beams (and being the first large building in the U.S. to do so), there's no doubt this impressive building is setting the bar high.

With over 90% of construction Waste diverted from the landfill, this student dormitory for Portland State University creates an effective learning and living environment for students through increased natural daylighting, innovative rainwater reclamation systems, and efficient HVAC systems.
