growth projected through 2010. LEED project certifications increased
nearly 70% in 2006.
Marketing Green Developments: Developers
need to jump on the tremendous market opportunity, understand its
ramifications both inside and outside the organization, and learn how
to successfully market green developments. Jerry will focus on key
commercial market sectors and outlines the opportunities in each.
The Workshop: This highly-interactive workshop leads participants
through all of the steps in developing green projects, culminating with
examples of successful branding and positioning. Jerry will share a
number of case studies of successful green development marketing, along
with his unique analysis of what makes them special and how your
company can become a leader.
Who Should Attend: This seminar is designed for principals, senior
associates, marketing directors and other key individuals in the
design, construction and development industry. As it is highly
interactive and fast-paced, we recommend sending two or more people

how you can re-position and re-brand your firm to take advantage of the
green building market opportunity.
