The focus of this presentation will be on the results from several studies that have been conducted on the performance of green buildings and their impact on the occupants of the buildings.  Two speakers, Jon Hall and Judith Heerwagen, will present findings from their research.

Jon Hall will present glimpses of results from an ongoing post occupancy research project focused on multifamily developments. This research analyzes utility cost and usage information to compare the performance of green buildings to conventional buildings.

Judith Heerwagen will focus on what is currently known about the impact of interior environmental quality on building occupants and will discuss the mechanisms and pathways that link the building environment to human outcomes.  The talk will draw on Dr. Heerwagen's research as well as findings from other studies in the US and Europe.

Please RSVP by Tuesday, October 16
