Though commissioning is a mandatory prerequisite in the LEED Rating System, many people in the green marketplace have only a vague understanding of what commissioning is, why it’s important, and how it contributes positively to high-performance building and sustainable development.  Come learn more about commissioning Tuesday, Oct. 9th at this month’s Seattle LEED Users Group from Commissioning Agent Craig Hawkins. 
Craig Hawkins is the owner of CHDS, a local building commissioning firm.  Craig is also one of the founding members of the Building Commissioning Association (BCA).  He sat on the first Board of Directors and continues to hold a guiding position with Association today.
