Natural Ventilation in Buildings
G.Z. Brown will introduce the fundamentals of natural ventilation, types of ventilation and strategies for ventilating buildings. He will cover the architectural implications of various strategies and tools that can be used for both designing and evaluating buildings. To close, Professor Brown will show examples of successful uses of natural ventilation, emphasizing important characteristics of each project.

He has published several books, including Sun, Wind and Light, and Natural Ventilation in Northwest Buildings, that discuss ventilation, as well as lending his expertise as a consultant on numerous local and national building projects.
