This hour and half long workshop is designed to educate the audience on LEED EB certification and the value added for each stakeholder on the team and the business case to support this effort in the Cascadia region. Specifically, we will take you on an informative journey through the structure and elements of the framework, an overview of the process through certification and then conclude with project examples.

The structure and elements of the framework will focus the audience on the basic concepts covered within the LEED EB rating system and will help illuminate the organization of the system.  The process from assessment to documentation will be covered including roles and responsibilities of team members and a typical timeline. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

Eric Baxter, Director of Brightworks’ existing building practice group, in conjunction with Gina Franzosa of Cascadia Region Green Building Council will present this workshop.

*Please note: Cascadia is co-sponsoring this event; please contact the PDC regarding registration and other questions.
