Presented by Energy Trust of Oregon
Join Energy Trust’s Multifamily program for the introductory seminar of the Building Value seminar series, where Umpqua Bank’s Dan Weldon will discuss new financing opportunities through GreenStreet lending. GreenStreet was recently formed through collaboration between Energy Trust of Oregon and Umpqua Bank. Its mission is to provide consumers with low-interest loans to finance energy efficient property improvements. Mr. Weldon will speak specifically about GreenStreet financing for small commercial and multifamily projects. As the eco-banking division manager for Umpqua Bank, Mr. Weldon has nearly 20 years of banking experience and is the only LEED Accredited Professional working in the financial industry throughout the Pacific Northwest region.
This seminar is intended for licensed real estate professionals in the fields of investment brokerage, property management, appraisal, and commercial lending, though everyone is welcome. Cost is $20 for one seminar, or register for all four seminars at a discounted rate of $50. Refer to Website for registration link.
