Please join us for a building tour of the Eugene State Office Building, located on the corner of 7th and Pearl in Eugene.  The building is undergoing an extensive renovation to its existing 29,700 square feet and includes many sustainable features.  Tricia Berg with PIVOT Architecture and Steve Hoffman with Systems West Engineers will be on site to describe the project and to highlight the chilled beam mechanical system.  This is a unique opportunity to see the installation of the system, understand the components and potential energy savings for the building.

The building is still under construction, so hard hats and appropriate footwear is required.  Space is limited to (40) attendees, so please be sure the RSVP early.
