Presented by the Portland Branch of Cascadia
A three part series that tracks the development of a LEED project - this follows the developer’s journey as told from the perspective of a developer, banker, lawyer, contractor, leasing agent, architect and sustainability consultant. Come watch this story unfold, hear what other professionals are doing and thinking, and participate in this highly interactive dialog. Each sector representative will share their own insights and priorities while engaging their peers in the audience with challenging questions from across disciplines. What does an integrated development process look like?
Cascadia is targeting this outreach series toward developers, bankers, lawyers and leasing agents. Contractors and architects are encouraged to attend as well.
(This series will build upon the foundation presented at the Urban Land Institute’s Counseling Green workshop, February 19, 2009)
