Faith Graham, partner at Roberts Kaplan, will speak about green leases from the legal perspective, giving a basic outline of the main components of green leases and how they differ from conventional leases. Mark Friel will provide the perspective from the leasing agent point of view. Jae Larsen is developing a LEED CI multi tenant retail space and will speak about the expectation going into that development with respect to tenant build out and how green leases might play a part.  Please join us in this lively discussion!
