The National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (NaSBAP) is coming to Southern Oregon. Learn about building site design, energy systems, architecture, daylighting, solar, green materials, indoor environmental quality, water conservation, construction methods, LEED and other green building standards. Join this fast growing field in the green job sector.
The SBA course will be at Southern Oregon University (SOU) in Ashland. An informational meeting and registration will be held January 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the SOU Stevenson Union (room 319), Ashland.
The first class starts in February 2009. It is endorsed as a Level 400-Mastery course by the USGBC’s Education Provider Program (EPP) and sponsored by SOU and Earth Advantage. The National Sustainable Building Advisor Program (NaSBAP) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit based in Washington State, and is also a partner with the Cascadia Sustainability Academy. The certified training course is a 9-month program.
