Barry Milner, Marketing Director for GeoTility Systems will provide an extensive power point presentation on geoexchange (geothermal heating and cooling) technology. The presentation will cover an overview of the following items:

-General mechanics and functions of a ground source heat pump system
-Variations on the design and installation of  water to air and water to water heat pump configurations
-Mechanical system design features and applications
-Economic analysis: Payback, Return on investment, Value added attachment
-Residential and commercial case studies
-Environmental impact analysis
-Utility service model applications: TerraSource and Terasen

Bio – Barry is one of the founding directors of the Okanagan Environmental Industry Alliance and the Okanagan Chapter of the BC Sustainable Energy Association. He was also involved in the creation of the Thompson Okanagan Branch of the Cascadia Green Building Council and was a regular guest on the “How Green is our Valley” radio show. Barry is the Marketing Director for Canada’s largest comprehensive geothermal contractor - GeoTility Systems and TerraSource Geothermal Utility Services.
