Pacific Plaza will be Tacoma's first LEED Platinum building. The project will help revitalize Tacoma's downtown by transforming a concrete parking structure built in the 1970's into a mixed use facility by adding 2 floors of Class A office and retail on the street level. Major green features include a 30,00 square feet of green roof, rainwater harvesting and highly efficient city-multi HVAC system. A social gathering will be held afterwards.
