How Energy Efficiency Boosts Property Values

At the second seminar Building Value in Multifamily Investments series, Mark Barry, MAI of Mark D. Barry & Associates will speak about energy efficient improvements in multifamily buildings and how they can influence property values. Mr. Barry is a prominent real estate appraiser in the region, known for his annual Barry Apartment Report that analyzes multifamily market in the Portland area. He has been in the appraisal industry for over 20 years specializing in multifamily property valuation. This lecture is intended for licensed real estate professionals in the fields of investment brokerage, property management, appraisal, and commercial lending, though everyone is welcome.
