Kirkland’s Green Building Program & Case Study

The City of Kirkland’s Green Building Program is an incentive based program that provides: expedited reviews of new single family residences that meet Built Green or LEED criteria, assistance to those pursuing LEED certification for both residential and commercial buildings, and offers sustainability consulting for the City’s LEED projects. Kirkland’s Green Building Program has also partnered with local sustainability providers to help educate citizens, design and building professionals and municipal employees about the “why’s” and “how’s” of sustainable development.  Please join us on June 16th to learn more about Kirkland’s program and hear from the developer who built the first 4–star Built Green home to be certified under the City of Kirkland’s program.
