Topic: Energy Trust of Oregon New Buildings Program: Overview and Energy Analysis Requirements

Description:
Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI) has recently transitioned as the program management contractor for Energy Trust of Oregon’s New Buildings program. This presentation will introduce the new program team, discuss PECI’s plans for the program, and review the New Buildings program offerings.
The primary focus of the presentation will be the program’s technical requirements and process for reviewing Custom Track projects. The session will provide direction for engineers creating custom energy analyses for projects in pursuit of program incentives.
The following specific topics will be covered:
- Technical Assistance incentives and requirements
- Baseline requirements for energy savings calculations
- Modeling guidelines
- Spreadsheet calculation guidelines
