Architectural Resource is based in Ann Arbor, MI, and has an award-winning portfolio of green homes to share, including the first LEED Platinum Addition/Remodel in the Great Lakes Region and the 5th in the nation!

Designed for homeowners, this session will introduce the core of a 'green' new home/remodeling/addition project and will give you valuable information, insights and inspirations that you can immediately apply to your own homes and pending projects. This enlightening class provides a glimpse into the opportunities to make a change "at home". The program will provide:

• A basic overview of the USGBC's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program
• Visuals of actual projects to illustrate green building principles and concepts
• Informative hand-out references and resource materials
• Hands-on investigation of various green building products
