The S.T.A.R. (Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals) program gives real estate professionals the tools to sell, market, and communicate with clients about green building. In this two-day course, participants learn about the Northwest’s leading green home certification programs while gaining the skills needed to help clients with their sustainable needs and green building questions.
 
As a S.T.A.R. graduate, you will be able to do the following:
• Differentiate yourself in the marketplace with working green skills;
• Describe basic green home features and trends;
• Communicate effectively about green building concepts;
• Interact with clients who have varying green values.
