Energy can’t be an afterthought to building design and construction. If you want to build a high-performance, sustainable facility, energy-efficiency and renewable energy technologies need to be considered in the designs and specifications from day one.
On September 8, representatives from Energy Trust of Oregon and Earth Advantage Institute will discuss supports for the specification process through incentives for incorporating energy-efficient and renewable technologies in your projects.
You will receive an overview of the technologies that qualify for Energy Trust incentives and learn how to:
- Receive Energy Trust assistance in implementing energy-efficient and renewable technologies in new buildings.
- Use Energy Trust’s Early Design Assistance incentive to conduct a thorough assessment of your project’s energy savings potential.
- Join the frontline of sustainable building with the Energy Trust “Path to Net Zero” pilot for owners who construct buildings with exceptional energy performance and strive for net zero on-site energy use.
- Use solar electric and solar hot water technologies - made affordable by Energy Trust’s solar program incentives - to offset your building’s energy load, cut costs and become more energy independent.
- Achieve green building certification though Earth Advantage Commercial®, a new certification program designed specifically for small commercial buildings.
Join CSI on September 8 for a clear insight into the local support and services available to you and your clients for sustainable building solutions.
