Located steps away from Seattle’s downtown core, Olive 8 is the ultimate refinement in sustainable luxury. This LEED Silver certified building houses the newest Hyatt in Seattle, upscale organic dining at Urbane, the earth-friendly spa Elaia, and 229 of the city’s most lavish condos. Come along with us to take a peek at some of the most exclusive spaces in Seattle.

The building features a two-tiered green roof, extensive daylighting with spectacular views, energy saving lighting, low VOC fixtures and finishes, and green housekeeping.

Craig Davenport, AIA will guide us through the space and share his insights as Senior Design Manager for developers R.C. Hedreen, and discuss his previous design experience as an architect on the project with Mulvanny G2. Other professionals from Zena Design, the Berger Partnership, Rushing, Blackbird, McKinstry, and the Hyatt will be presenting how green project goals have impacted the building design and operation.

Brought to you in partnership with Cascadia Green Building Council, this 90-minute tour begins in the hotel lobby of the Hyatt at Olive 8, 1635 8th Ave.  Tickets are $15.
