Topic: Energy Modeling and performance estimating…How do you use it to stimulate green development?

Many green buildings use energy modeling to demonstrate energy performance improvement over the baseline. What are the opportunities to use energy modeling to create a business case for energy efficiency upgrades and drive financial performance in small to medium, hard to finance projects? This panel discussion will look at the opportunities, pitfalls, and next steps to using energy models for a wide range of types of projects.
