This seminar is designed to provide a general yet substantive overview on the legal and practical implications of recent and expected changes in Sustainability-related state and federal regulation. Passage of state laws regarding LEED® (Washington State was the first to mandate that all state projects meet LEED silver requirements), and federal tax incentives in the areas of Brownfields redevelopment and green energy development, provide new economic opportunities and set the stage for new business practices. This program will bring together leading industry professionals, to explore this rapidly emerging area of the law.
