David Fujimoto, City of Issaquah Resource Conservation Office
David is the manager of the Issaquah Resource Conservation Office where he directs the development and implementation sustainability policies and initiatives for the City. David led the Office to become one of the first in WA to integrate sustainability strategies among water resources, solid waste, habitat restoration, alternative transportation, energy efficiency and sustainable building.
Cathy Beam Principal Environmental Planner, City of Redmond
Cathy has been with the City of Redmond for 20 years and is currently responsible for coordinating the City’s Sustainability Initiative. She works collaboratively with other staff members on advancing sustainability in city programs and policies, such as working with the city’s long range planning division on using sustainability as an organizing principle and framework for Redmond’s current Comprehensive Plan update.
Nicole Sanders, Associate Planner, City of Snoqualmie
Nicole has been with the City of Snoqualmie for a little over a year, hired as she completed the University of Washington Master of Urban Design and Planning Program. While still at UW, Nicole worked on developing the Snoqualmie Sustainability Strategy, a document providing 77 green action recommendations for the City.
