Governance Alive Northwest is offering its second Seattle training in Dynamic Governance Facilitation Training February 27-28. Dynamic Governance (DG) has been in use in the USGBC for five years as a creative method for decision making by consent (an alternative to majority rule, more efficient than consensus). DG has been used to re-shape USGBC chapter structure by self organizing chapters into regions, connecting each level in the organization together for more effective policy creation and implementation.
