Rachel Gutter works on a national level to fulfill the US Green Building Council's pledge of a "green school for every child within a generation." As the leader of the National Green Schools Campaign and the LEED for Schools Green Building Rating, Rachel is at the front of the Green Schools Movement. While in Oregon to deliver the Oregon School Board Association key note, she will additionally speak in Portland on the importance of building green and national advocacy.
