Cascadia and International Living Building Institute Board member Clark Brockman, of SERA Architects in Portland Oregon will explore where we’ve moved to in the world of green building, how those buildings are impacting policy planning at all scales from districts to cities to states (both here and in Europe) and where we are all heading as we evolve the concept of green buildings and green cities into Living Buildings and Sustainable Cities all over the world.
Preceding the above presentation, Robert Homer, RMH Design, will present the Tidal Resonance Chamber art installation at the Center for Urban Waters. The chamber is the first rammed-earth construct in the City of Tacoma
