Greening Your Emerald City – Part I
Green Initiatives and Practices of Our Local Municipalities
A Two-Part Series
Mark your calendars for July 20th and August 17th as we dive into this two part series that aims to answer the question: How do we build a green community? The series will kick off with a keynote from Lucia Athens, a national leader in this field with a strong track record in creating successful green building policies and programs. ELUG is then proud to present representatives from the City of Seattle and the City of Bellevue to speak on the practices, policies, initiatives and incentives already in place as well as their vision for the future. Join us for part two of the series in August, when we’ll hear from the Cities of Issaquah, Redmond and Snoqualmie.
