New regulatory, legislative and case law developments Featuring a Special Address by Ted Sturdevant, Director, Washington State Department of Ecology

The legal, policy and environmental landscape for Washington water law continues to evolve. Building on prior years' Washington Water Law conferences, we will explore current policy priorities in Olympia as well as new developments in the municipal water law litigation and with the Yakima and Columbia River Basin water management programs. Attendees will also learn about water resource management issues associated with Green Building Design and Low Impact Development, as well as recent developments concerning climate change and water supply planning and reclaimed water.

This conference brings together experts from a variety of perspectives and disciplines to share their experiences, challenges, and success stories regarding this evolving landscape, as well as other pressing issues. The program also includes critical updates and thought- provoking discussions for water law practitioners, water users and resource managers.
