Oregon Sustainability Center Market Relevance?

us for a candid discussion with Dennis Wilde, principal of Gerding
Edlen Development, and Ralph DiNola, principal of Green Building
Services. We will get an update on the current status of design,
development and financing on this future Portland innovation as well as
an in-depth look at some of the challenges faced by the development
team in connection with occupant behavioral requirements and the
applicability of lessons learned to future market rate projects.
