With the release of LEED v3, professional accreditation requirements have been revolutionized! From continuing education credential maintenance to exam options, change is in the air. Current and prospective LEED AP’s are now faced with choices and paths that many have found confusing and unclear.

This Lite Bite will help anyone interested in LEED accreditation understand the implications of the new credential maintenance program for the working professional. The workshop discusses different ways to navigate through the system to ensure potential or existing AP’s get to where they want to be. A thorough review of the USGBC and Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) procedural updates as well as continuing education (CE) requirements will leave attendees with a clear understanding of the necessary action items and the timeline for them. Also, we will discuss what it means to be a LEED AP and how to add additional specializations.
