The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Portland Young Leaders Group invites you to hear about the vision for Portland’s largest neighborhood development since the Pearl District and South Waterfront. Con-Way freight company has developed a master plan to convert 16 acres of its land – well-situated between NW 23rd and the Pearl – into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. Join us for a presentation from project stakeholders, including Con-Way’s VP of Corporate Development Craig Boretz and representatives from GBD Architects, the Northwest District Neighborhood Association, and Mill Creek Residential Trust, whose first project on the Con-Way site is already underway.
Date: February 1, 2012 at 4:30 PM
