This panel of real estate experts will address one of the most daunting questions facing the green building movement - How much is green building really worth? Through a series of real world examples, this panel will investigate green aspects, components and strategies and how they impact property value.  Using both new and existing properties as examples, they will demonstrate how their specific attributes impact value and investment appeal.  They will help participants understand how the investor, developer, valuation and underwriting communities assess those factors that influence the "value" of the choices made in materials, design, trade-off analysis and leasing trends.
