Community Project: Urban Farming with City Garden Farms
Where urban meets agrarian
Literally get your hands dirty and learn what you can do to integrate agriculture into the urban environment and transform the urban landscape into an edible landscape!
Participants will spend approximately two to three hours at one of City Garden's “urban farms” preparing beds for seeding, spreading compost, seeding with a mechanical seeder and inevitably some weeding. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with session presenter Dan Bravin of City Garden Farms. Partake in the agricultural revolution!
