GreenTools Government Confluence is a Government Summit Co-hosted and Co-sponsored by King County GreenTools and Cascadia Green Building Council.
King County and the Cascadia Green Building Council (CGBC) are kicking off the decade with the greatest sustainability ‘meeting of the minds’ for government staff and officials in the region.
Mark your calendars for May 5th, for the third annual GreenTools Government Confluence, generously hosted by the City of Bellevue at Bellevue City Hall. This is a unique opportunity for exercising collaboration and creativity about creating sustainable communities with your nearby and not-so-nearby regional neighbors. It’s also your one-stop shop to learn about the most cutting-edge topics, replicable case studies, and tools – including the unveiling of GreenTools’ “Toolkit2” – which will become every municipality’s favorite sustainability planning tool this year! Come to learn, be inspired, and make lasting connections.
Plus, all Confluence participants are invited to attend the Living Future UnConference Opening Ceremonies at the Seattle Westin the evening of May 5th following the Confluence, featuring a keynote from urban planning expert, James Howard Kunstler. Reservations required – see details below.

However, this DOES require advance registration. The Confluence is for government elected officials and staff. However we can put non-government individuals on a “wait list”, and if there is capacity, we will include additional attendees to the Confluence.
