Living Future SLAM! (TOP SECRET until the event commences)

The intention of this session is that the participants, or ‘the Slammers’, have no clues about the session problem until the starter's pistol shoots and they open their slam packet. The session will begin with a brief introductory presentation, followed by the announcement of the Slam problem, and the Slammers will then have 45 minutes to one hour to devise a solution. At the end, each Slammer will present their concepts, and a winner will be selected. After that, we party!

This year the SLAM! is opening up to Emerging Green Builders / Emerging Professionals* unable to attend the full conference.

Attendees must pick up their name badges at registration in the North Tower Lobby at the Sheraton Wall Centre, 1088 Burrard Street. Attendees can arrive early to access the Tradeshow from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on the 3rd Floor, Pavilion Ballroom Foyer AB, North Tower.

* Emerging Professional / Emerging Green Builders / Students are Cascadia members that are currently full-time students or are professionals under the age of 30. Proof of age/enrollment required. Enrollment may be provided with fall 2010 class schedule, an unofficial transcript, or a letter from the dean.
