No company/organization within Cascadia may have more than one representative serve on the Board concurrently. Should two members of any one organization be elected to the Board simultaneously, the candidate with the most votes of the two will serve, regardless of the vote count relative to other candidates. Candidates from companies/organizations already represented on the Board will not be allowed to stand for election until the affected Board member is up for re-election or leaves the Board. Unless otherwise stated a Board members term is 3 years.
Applying is easy. Simply read the following documents and fill out a Board Candidate Questionnaire.
